Dang these weeds!!! I hate picking these even more because they are kind of pretty but darn if they don't have vines that just get into everything! Little purple buggers!!
It's a defense mechanism...if they are too pretty, they get to live in the yard. I think it is just a different version of plants with thorns. Very pretty little flowers.

ReplyDeleteCandy - they're violets and it's the State flower. I agree with you though, they do tend to take over if you let them. Nice shot!
