This is an old air conditioner control box that is on my house. I have a habit of removing things and then later realizing that I can't repair what was underneath...so I am leaving this be. Hopefully my dad will see it and say - "hey we should take that down!"
I'd bring it to his attention in the devious way of feminine wiles, before it does underlying damage, good shot now get rid of it.
