I was walking the dog up my block the other day and was saddened to see all the for sale signs. There are 3 of them on our little block and I'm afraid that this is only going to get worse. Living so close to the city has it's many advantages but with the massive lay offs in NYC lately many commuters are leaving for other areas. I guess I could have also names this Recessionary Economics.
It's frightening, isn't it? Good shot, and good theme. (I'm suspecting there'll be many "good" opportunities for that "Recessionary Economics" theme!)

ReplyDeleteToo sad, unfortunately that is being seen all over. Maybe if the home buyer tax benefit gets passed this will change....cross your fingers!
