50/365 Shadows

I was just going around my house looking for something that would catch my eye (it's cold and dark out!) and I love my hall light- the shadows are so interesting to look at on the ceiling...so I did what anyone would do I laid on the floor on my back and took a picture of it! I love how dramatic it looks. Oh and now I also realize I need to replace a bulb :)

  1. You've made a light fixture look like a faceted gem.

  3. With shadows like that around you house in February what is it like around Hallowen?

  4. Beautiful, Candy, but not everyone would lay on the floor to take a photograph!

  11. Really cool shadows in your house. I'll have to start looking around mine now (no light fixtures as interesting as yours, though!) I love the shot, love the idea.

  12. I have two of those fixtures in the hall. I loved the way they make interesting patterns. Too bad I already used the shadow theme. I might just have to use one of my free themes if I can find the right pattern on the ceiling! Great idea....
